Melody Movement with Melody Bear
Melody Movement is a pre-school dance and movement syllabus for ages 2 to 4 years.  The delightful songs and music are the ideal introduction into the world of ballet.  Melody Bear’s creative themes take the class on a journey of discovery as she shares her stories and adventures.  Melody Bear’s ‘surprise’ bag and unique picture cards stimulate the class to explore topics such as making a nest, planting seeds, visiting the park, finding fairies, making music, choosing a pumpkin, shopping, flying on a swan, baking cakes, visiting the beach, learning to count, makings shapes and picking apples, to name just a few!   The class never tire of Melody Bear’s favourite songs and dances such as ‘Stretch up Tall’,‘Nod your Head’, Melody Bear’s theme song, Goldilocks and the Three Bears, Jack-in-the-Boxes, Princes and Princesses and Bouncing Balls.

Melody Movement Award Scheme
Dancers collect their vocabulary and creative movement stickers to work towards Melody Bear’s bronze, silver and gold medals as they complete cards 2, 4 and 6 in the scheme.  Cards 8, 10 and 12 culminate in the level 1, 2 and 3 rosettes.  Milligan Bear alternatives are available.  
As children complete their final pre-school year, the class celebrate together with Melody Bear’s ‘Moving-On’ ceremony.
